YB3 Motor Introduction

YB3 range of flameproof three phase induction mtoors are totally enclosed fan cooled high efficiency three phase induction motors .The indexes conform to class 2 efficiency of "Energy-Saving of Motors"specified in GB 18613-2006,Energy and Efficiency Limits and Energy-Saving of Medium-Sized and Small Sized Induction Motors.The efficiency level  is equivalent to the high-efficiency mtoro Eff1 of Europe ,and meets the requirements for the efficiency indexes of EPACT specified in American code .

The motors conform to China standard GB3836.1.,Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas Atmosphere-Parts 1:General Requirements,and GB3836.2,Electrical Apparatus for Explosive Gas-Part 2 : Flame-Proof Enclosures"d".

The motors are made into flameproof constructions of ExdI:electrical apparatus for coal mine ;ExdII:explosive gas atmosphere other than coal time,explosive-proof markings of which are ExdIIAT(1-4),ExdIIBT(1-4),ExdIICT(1-4) (temperature class are T1/T2/T3/T4) and it is suitable for electrical drive of machinery in explosive gas atmospheres.Frame size range of this series motro is H80-H355,outputs and mounting dimensions are in accordance with GB/T4772.1/IEC 60072-1 and GB/T4772.2/IEC 60072-2 .
